By accessing and using WordifyPDF (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This applies to all services, including our PDF to Word and Word to PDF converters.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with the ability to convert PDF documents to Word format and vice-versa. You agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that WordifyPDF assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings related to your document conversion.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for your own conduct and your files. You must comply with our policies when you convert a PDF to Word or perform any other action. You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The PDF to Word converter service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WordifyPDF expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that WordifyPDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our document conversion tools.
